In this story revolved around Rusty orphan life.Indian boy living in
Dehradun.when his guardian becomes a so strict,Rusty runs away from home to
live with his Indian Friends.
Rusty guardian
is very disciplinarian.Rusty all friend meets Dehra.Rusty feels liberated when
he takes part in celebration on the Indian festival like Holi and Diwali and he
enjoy a lot.He also starts teaching one of kids in the neighborhood and live
in room.His friend kishen , Rusty who roam around Dehra and eating Pakodas and
spends time with friends.Rusty and kishan mother could close relation with them
as his father Mr Kapoor was a
drunker.Rusty and kapoor relation with share moments.when Rusty starts feeling
with his happy /good thing about his life.Kapoor dies in accident. Tragedy changes his life.after kishan and Kapoor go
away to stay at their relatives house, so Rusty does not know how to spend time
all alone without kapoor. And all his friends busy with his own work and family
life. And so Rusty decide to go back to England.but he felt that he should meet
kishen before he leaves India.When he reaches to Kapoor house he is told that
kapoor has married with second time a kishen is not living with them.kishen did
not want to live with a drunken father and his step mother. Rusty find out that
kishen is Dehra.Rusty back to Dehra see that kishen has go into bad company.he
had joined a group of people who picks pockets..Rusty decides to stay back and
starts a cteach english in the spare atime and kishen would assist him .
